Madison Realty Companies was formed in 2015 and is owned by Gary Langendoen (50%) and Ridgeway Investments, Inc. (50%). The Sponsor is a manager-managed limited liability company co-managed by Gary Langendoen and Matthew Arnold. Between 2010 and 2015, Madison Realty and affiliates have sponsored or co-sponsored and managed 22 investment entities including 20 assisted living properties. Each member of the senior executive team has 30 plus years of individual experience. They have acquired and managed over $6 billion dollars of U.S. real estate in over 30 states
