Keystone is a new Sponsor in the 1031 space, and has syndicated two DST offerings so far. Their focus is on private placements offering land-based real estate programs with multiple investment strategies, including mining and conservation easement options. They have closed six programs and, according to the Sponsor, the closed programs are performing according to the terms of the original offerings’ memoranda. They do not have any full-cycle programs.
