JRW Research & Consulting, Inc (JRWRC)

Formed in 2011, JRW Research & Consulting manages opportunistic real estate and private equity investments. The members of JRWRC are Joshua Ungerecht and Warren Thomas who are responsible for the acquisition, day-to-day oversight, management and ultimate sale of investments. Together Warren and Joshua have overseen the acquisition of over $500 million in real estate since 2003.
