Creekstone Partners was formed in 2004 by three principle equity holders, Everett P. Jackson, Stephen D. Keller, and Michael F. Preston, each have 15-30 years experience involving the acquisition or management of commercial real estate some of which have involved the sale of TIC interests, limited partnerships interests, and limited liability companies interests to third party investors.
